1. First you will need to Register. Click the link in the top right hand corner on the BidChaser home page.
2. Fill out all required* fields in the registration form, then click Register.
Activate your account by clicking the link in the confirmation E-mail from BidChaser. As sometimes automated mails are seen as "Spam", our activation mail is sometimes blocked by Mail Providers. If you don't receive your activation mail please mail us at support@bidchaser.co.za to let us know.
3. When you login, you will be directed to your "My Bidchaser" Page
Here you can view any auctions that you have been successful on, purchase Bid Packages and edit your account.
4. Before you can bid, you will need to purchase bids. Log-in and select "Purchase Bids" in the "My Bidchaser" page.
Select which Bid package you would like to purchase, you will then be directed to an encrypted web page to pay for your package of choice with PayGate.
Now you are ready to start bidding!!
5. Select "Live Auctions" from the "Select a Category" drop down list
6. Going into an Item's auction you will be able to Bid and view using the Bid history tab who has been bidding for the Item as well
7. Be the highest bidder when the clock hits 00.00 and you are the successful bidder!!
8. To pay for your item, simply go to ‘My Account’ where you can view your ‘Things to do’
Please remember you have 7 days from when the auction ends to pay for your Successful Auction!
Click on ‘Pay for an Auction’ to pay for your item.You must then confirm that your billing and delivery addresses are correct (Please note: we don't deliver to PO Boxes):
9. Once you have confirmed your address, click ‘Pay using PayGate’. You will be redirected to a Secure Paygate Page to finalize the Item's payment.

- Mondays - All Auctions start with a minimum of 24 hours
- Tuesdays - All Auctions start with a minimum of 24 hours
- Wednesdays - All Auctions start with a minimum of 24 hours
- Thursdays - All Auctions start with a minimum of 24 hours
- Fridays - All Auctions start with a minimum of 24 hours
- Saturdays - All Auctions start with a minimum of 48 hours
- Sundays - No New auctions will start
